We are health enthusiasts and nature lovers, so we want to get the best from nature. We grow our own hemp, manage the harvest and produce CBD products in our in-house, state-of-the-art processing laboratory.

Cultivation
Soil preparation
Every farmer knows that well-prepared soil is the basis for a bumper harvest. Preparing the soil for sowing is one of the most important processes to ensure good seed development.
Sowing hemp seeds
This is the first step in growing cannabis plants. Choosing the right seeds and planting time is very important. We only sow EU certified seeds.
Cultivation
Today, cannabis is becoming increasingly popular because it can be used for a variety of purposes: food, medicine or textiles.
Growing hemp also helps the environment, as a hectare of hemp absorbs as much as 15 tonnes of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere per year – the same as 1 hectare of tropical rainforest.
Harvesting
Harvesting cannabis requires care and timing. The best time to harvest cannabis is in late autumn, when the flowering period is over and plant vegetation is reduced.
Drying
Drying cannabis biomass helps to preserve the plant’s valuable nutrients while preparing the plant for its final use. The best way to dry cannabis is by drying it naturally in mild, warm air.
Production
Supercritical CO2 extraction
It is one of the cleanest and most efficient extraction technologies, resulting in plant extracts that are of extremely high quality, concentrated and free of any solvent contaminants. This innovative technological process uses mild temperature regimes to preserve all the aromatic and gustatory properties of the extracted plant.
Wax removal (vinterisation process)
This process removes the naturally occurring waxes in the plant from the plant extract. The latter are not discarded but used to make individual products. This way, we save the environment – our production process produces no waste for disposal.
Distillation (purification of extracts)
During the distillation process, plant extracts are purified and concentrated to produce pure, high-quality extracts that can be used in a wide range of industrial applications.
Flash chromatography (purification of cannabinoids)
Flash chromatography allows us to identify, separate and purify individual cannabinoids (CBD, CBG, CBN, CBC, etc). This cannabinoid purification process is fast, efficient and enables the isolation of even very small quantities of cannabinoids.
Formulating and analysing the final product
We respond to each customer’s needs, so we can formulate a product exactly the way you want it. The quality of our products is of the utmost importance to us, which is why we analyse our products in our state-of-the-art in-house laboratory. We use high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to determine the concentrations of cannabinoids and the purity of the total product. For each batch produced, we provide a quality certificate and are responsible for the quality of the product.

Plant extraction
We perform the extraction service of various spices and aromatic plants. All you have to do is bring your spices or aromatic herbs and we will purify and concentrate their active ingredients. We give the customer a concentrated extract of the most active parts of the plant, which can be further used in the food or cosmetic industry. We have extracted such spices and aromatic plants as thyme, oregano, cumin, mint, etc. We are ready to concentrate and purify your plants as well.
